These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of software, subscriptions, digital products, and related services provided by 0h_no.
By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our products are digitally delivered software products. Once an order has been processed and access has been provided, the product is considered delivered.
You are responsible for ensuring that your computer meets any stated requirements before purchasing.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
All payments are final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits after a purchase has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind; failure to use the product; lack of interest after purchase; purchasing the wrong product or subscription; incompatibility with your system where system requirements were provided before purchasing; account bans or restrictions imposed by a game, platform, server, or third party; suspension or termination of your account due to violation of these Terms; remaining subscription time after a user voluntarily stops using the Services.
Where a product is sold as a subscription, access will remain available for the purchased subscription period unless access is suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
Subscription renewals, where applicable, will be subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before its renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, license keys, authentication information, and other access details.
You must not share your account or license with unauthorized individuals; sell, transfer, or redistribute your license without permission; attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user's account; or circumvent account or license restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized sharing or distribution.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software; redistribute, resell, leak, or publicly release our software; circumvent licensing or authentication systems; attempt to compromise our infrastructure; abuse payment systems or initiate fraudulent transactions; use stolen payment information; attempt to interfere with the Services or other users; or misrepresent yourself as an employee, representative, or partner of 0h_no.
Our Services may interact with third-party games or platforms.
You acknowledge that third-party games and platforms may prohibit certain software or modifications. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable rules of any game, platform, server, or service you use.
We do not guarantee that use of our Services will prevent warnings, suspensions, bans, or other actions by third parties.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.
Software may occasionally become unavailable because of game updates, platform updates, server maintenance, technical failures, third-party changes, security issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, shared or redistributed our software, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, attempted to compromise our systems, abused our Services, or engaged in unlawful activity.
Where access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
Users should create a ticket before initiating a payment dispute regarding an issue with an order.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or unauthorized payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of the associated account.
All software, branding, logos, documentation, website content, and other materials provided by 0h_no remain the property of 0h_no or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited right to use the product according to the applicable license. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property to you.
The Services are provided subject to the terms applicable to the particular product.
We make no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or available indefinitely.
0h_no will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published through our website, store, or other official communication channel.
Your continued use of the Services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
To keep access to your license key, you must remain in the 0h_no Discord server.
Leaving the Discord server, or being banned or removed from it, may result in your key being deactivated and your access being suspended.
By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
